At their best, project meetings are an opportunity to resolve difficulties and generate ideas far more effectively than would be possible from working in isolation. Unfortunately, they all too often absorb lots of time and yield little value. A meeting is most effective when everyone knows in advance what it’s about, what they need to bring to the table and what must be achieved by the end of the session.
